Brazilian football icon Pele was pushed in a wheelchair as he signed autographs for fans at JFK Airport in New-York. The 76year old still made time for his fans and signed merchandise for them as he received assistance.

A heavily Armed security guard remained by the side of the retired footballer for the entire time to ensure his safety.

In November 2012, Pele underwent a hip operation which he recovered from successfully.
