Nobody knew how close Olamide and Skales were until yesterday when the Shake Body crooner took to his social media to reveal that the YBNL boss played a major role in his success as an artist.

In his post shared on his twitter, skales revealed that his hit video was funded by Olamide, the song that put him on the global music scene.

He said “Olamide actually gave me cash to shoot the ‘shake body’ video back then (because) I was super broke and couldn’t afford to shoot a video for that song”
