The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has resuscitated its dying farm settlements in Oyo, Kebbi, Bauchi and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

This was made known by the NYSC Director-General, Brigadier-General Suleiman Kazaure, during his welcome remark at the 2017 NYSC Annual Management Conference in Jos, Plateau State.

Kazaure also noted that the integrated Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Centre in Gombe and Ekiti States, was almost completed, to ensure that graduates had the enabling environment to develop useful skills to be self-reliant at the end of the service year.

In addition, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Sports and Youth Development, Mr Adeshola Olushola, representing the Minister of Sports, Solomon Dalung, pledged the Ministry’s continued support towards the achievement of NYSC’s goals.
