Former First Lady of Nigeria, Dame Patience Jonathan, has petitioned President Muhammadu Buhari to call the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu, to order.

Mrs Jonathan claimed that Magu is plotting destruction for the former First Family, and painting the picture of EFCC as a Commission of revenge.

In the statement, signed by her media aide, Belema Meshack-Hart, Mrs Jonathan accused the EFCC boss of bias, claiming that he was spreading falsehood about her in the name of investigation.

She further lamented that no other first lady had received such humiliating treatment in the history of Nigeria, and called on President Buhari to do something about the situation.
