The National Executive Committee has approved December 9 for the National Convention, to be held at the eagle square Abuja.

Addressing Newsmen after a closed session, Publicity Secretary of the caretaker Committee, Dayo Adeyeye said

NEC also Ratified the issue of Waver, especially as it concern members from Oyo and Anambra State.

Adeyeye explained that the PDP NEC painstakingly agreed on a new Guidline for 2016/2017 State congresses,  looked at the Issue of Constitution Amendment and proposed amended were considered by NEC, Some accepted and rejected, awaiting ratification by states.

NEC Also  waded into the crisis in Ekiti State, even as consultations are being made.
