The Federal High Court in Abuja has directed the Court bailiff to serve former President Goodluck Jonathan court summons within 5 days in the trial of the former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party , Olisah Metuh in the N400m corruption charges brought against him by the FG.

The court also dismissed Dasuki’s application to set aside the subpoena issued against him to appear as a witness in the ongoing trial.

Justice Okon Abang further ordered the Prosecution to persuade d DSS to produce Dasuki in court at the next adjourned date. Trial adjourned to 31st October 2017 to enable the summoned witnesses appear in court.
