20-year old Indian representative, Manushi Chhillar has been crowned the 2017 Miss World at the classic event that held in Sanya City Arena, China.
Before this time, the last time India won the Miss World Pageant was when Priyanka Chopra did in 2010. Manushi is the 6th Indian queen to win the beauty pageant. The 20-year-old Medical student, beat 117 others at the event to clinch the title.
Miss World 2017 was the 67th edition of the Miss World pageant, and it had 118 contestants from all over the world competing for the crown.
The top 5 finalists were England, India, France, Kenya and Mexico. Miss Mexico was named the first runner-up while Miss England was 2nd runner up.
