On Tuesday, the President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki begin a 3-day parliamentary visit to Russia. The visit is aimed at deepening legislative best practices and further strengthening the relationship between both countries.
On his arrival in Russia, the President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, met with Senator Rafail Zinurov, the Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of Russia’s Committee on International Affairs.
