New minimum wage: Labour confirms receipt of payment from FG

Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that Organised Labour had heightened its planned nationwide strike over consequential adjustment arising from the N30,000 new minimum wage, saying only President Muhammadu Buhari’s personal intervention can stop the industrial action. The disclosure was made by the secretary to the Trade Union Side (TUS) of the Joint National Public Service Negotiating Council (JNPSNC), Alade Bashir Lawal.
