Leading presidential aspirant under the PDP, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has called on party stakeholders to unite and join efforts to defeat President Buhari and the APC in the 2019 general elections.

“We sought for change in 2015 and along the line, I realised the change only brought about more killings, hunger, under-development, poverty and unemployment.

“I will not support or remain in that type of change, that is why I am back to the PDP to change the change that has brought untold hardship on Nigerians.”

Addressing party supporters at the PDP secretariat in Minna, Niger state on Wednesday, Kwankwaso described APC as the common enemy.

He also urged PDP leadership to be fair to all aspirants during its forthcoming primaries, by ensuring level playing field for all.

Kwankwaso further said he regretted supporting President Muhammadu Buhari during the 2015 presidential election.

“All contestants and other stakeholders should unite in the general interest of our party and country,” he said.
