Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra has reportedly met with governors and representatives from Enugu, Ebonyi, and Anambra states over IPOB’s call for a boycott of the November 18 governorship election in Anambra State on November 18, and the group’s recent establishment of a ‘Biafra Secret Service’. Therefore by virtue of that right, they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development” which Nigeria state signed and domesticated into local laws.
