A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Preye Aganaba, has said that the party has no choice but to present President Muhammadu Buhari for re-election in 2019.

Aganaba said this while speaking with Newsmen in Abuja on Thursday. He said that the Buhari-led Government is doing a good job in fixing the economy of the country, and that to this end, the President should be re-elected in 2019.

Aganaba also talked about the improvement in electricity generation and reduction in prices of food items. He said that he was not bothered about the economy, because he knows that it would be fixed.

The Chieftain expressed his belief that with Buhari as APC candidate in 2019, despite his perceived health issue, the party would win the general elections.

Also, in reaction to the comments of the Minister of Women Affairs, Sen Aisha Alhassan, expressing her support for former Vice President Atiku Abubakar in 2019, the Chieftain basically said that she had a right to her choice.
