Bolton fans vote Okocha the best ever Player at Reebok/Macron Stadium

Bolton Wanderers, a Club now operating in the Championship, the second tier of football in England, asked their fans to vote for their best Players in the last 20 years. Super Eagles’ legend Austin ‘Jay Jay’ Okocha was voted as the best Player ever at Reebok/Macron Stadium in the last 20 years.

Okocha played at the Reebok Stadium for four years between 2002 and 2006, appearing in 146 games, and playing in the UEFA Cup (now renamed the Europa League) and the Carling Cup final.

The vote was organised in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Reebok Stadium which was built in 1997 and renamed in 2014 after Macron signed a naming rights deal with Bolton Wanderers.

Others on the list included former England Striker Kevin Davies as second, Djorkaeff as third, Finnish Goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen as fourth, and Campo coming in as fifth in the vote.
