In a libel lawsuit filed against Frank Ocean by his father, Calvin Cooksey, the Singer has come out winning.

Report from TMZ has it that Calvin Cooksey sued his son, Frank, for $14.5 million in damages, claiming that Frank defamed him with a social media post, recalling a story from his childhood.

However, after hearing the case in Los Angeles on Tuesday, the Judge ruled in favour of Frank, saying that Cooksey failed to prove that his son had defamed him at all.

At the end, Frank’s attorney had this to say:

“It was a sad case, but we are glad that it ended in Frank’s favour and that it is over.”
